During the 2023 Playoffs, we addressed the surge of fan questions about on-court decisions by creating real-time breakdowns of controversial calls every weekday. This campaign fostered transparency and engagement, providing fans on Twitter and Instagram with an insider’s perspective and strengthening the connection between referees and NBA fans.
